Etiquette
of the
day
also
led
to
several
letters
of
thanks
. On
March
10
,
1930
at a
meeting
of
Industrial
Relations
Association
of
Chicago
,
Arthur
W
.
Kornhauser
made
critical
comments
on the
experiments
.

.,
described
laboratory
experiments
purpose

test
rooms
setup
,
experiments
conducted
and the
results
.
Dennison
was
recommended
to
try
the
experiments
. The
Hawthorne
Plants
interviewing
experiment
was also
reported
. The
interview
training
,
questions
,
analysis
, and
use
were
described
. The
reporter
felt
the
experiment
cost
too
much
, and
lacked
a
scientific
approach
. The
recommendation
was for his
company
to
continue
direct
method
training
supervisors
to
become
better
listeners
,
better
personnel
people
, and to
study
changes
taking
into
account
the
human
problem
. A
variety
of
media
sources
reported
on the
Western
Electric
experiences
. A
number
of
excerpts
