FF 1. Certificate of Election of D.C. Villiers as Clerk of District Court of Ottawa County, Indian Territory, October 11, 1907. 2. "An Act to provide for Public School, and for Other Purposes" for the Quapaw Tribe by Congress, May 31, 1900; form acknowledging the receipt of items from Edgar A. Allen, Superintendent and Special Disbursing Agent in charge of the Seneca Indian School--signed by the Chiefs and Head-men of the Quapaw Tribe, March 2, 1901; invoice from Fribley Hardware, Baxter Springs, Kansas to Mr. George Bingham, October 1898; check paid by Mr. Bingham to the Baxter Springs National Bank, December 2, 1903; receipts from W.R. Bingham & Company, May 1904; receipts from Knights and Ladies of Security and ModernWoodmen of America, 1904. 3. Bank of Quapaw (Oklahoma) letters of resignation, 1916-1917. 4. Correspondence and pension certificate, 1891-1904. 5. Legal papers and contracts--includes court decisions of the United States District Court, Northern District (Sitting at Miami, Indian Territory), land leases, labor contracts, letters from the United States District Court Probate Commissioner, may dealing with members of the Quapaw Tribe, 1896-1904.
