Clayton for appointment as U.S. Judge for the eastern district of the state of Oklahoma. Passed and approved February 21, 1907. 2. Bill No. 2. Be it enacted by the General Council of the Choctaw Nation that an appropriation shall be provided to take care of the regular and necessary expenses of the Choctaw government commencing October 1, 1906, and ending September 30, 1907.
